Should a fire break out while you are on site, a member of staff will advise you to leave the site.

Please use either the entrance beside the reception building or the back gates near the School Study base.

Turn right along the Pershore Road and assemble in the Nature Centre Car Park.

You will be told when it is safe for you to return to the Nature Centre.

Should one of the animals escape while you are on site, a member of staff will ask you to enter the nearest building and remain there until the all-clear is given.

This is to prevent the animal becoming frightened and injuring itself or someone else.

When the animal has been returned to its enclosure you will be informed that it is safe for you to continue your visit.
