What happens?
A wide variety of animals from Britain and the rest of the World housed in both indoor and outdoor enclosures. Also areas of woodland and a pond.
There’s a qualified and experienced teacher (Julie White) based at The Nature Centre who provides educational teaching sessions for schools.
Teaching sessions are divided between classroom activities, and observing/learning about the animals and practical activities on site.
