What happens?
Woodgate Valley is an area of countryside on the western edge of Birmingham. There are meadows, hedgerows, woods, ponds, streams, and a visitor centre.
There’s a qualified and experienced OLS teacher (Sue Leslie) based at Woodgate Valley who provides educational teaching sessions for schools.
Teaching sessions are based mostly in the outdoors and all have an environmental focus – many also highlight the biodiversity of the Valley.
